Hello! My name is Julia Jones, and I’d love to share what inspired me to bring NOCHRONO to life.I've been immersed in the arts for as long as I can remember-dance, painting, music, expression in all its forms. To me, life without creativity is no life at all.Living in Jacksonville, a city that’s growing but still finding its identity, I searched everywhere for spaces that felt made for us- the dreamers, the night owls, the ones who feel most alive after the sun goes down. I wanted a café, a third space, open late… one that centered creativity, beauty, and depth.But over and over, the doors would close by 3PM.I thought maybe I just hadn’t found the right spot yet- that surely someone else would build it. But as time went on, I realized: this vision was mine to create. And honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.NOCHRONO is more than a late-night café. It’s a love letter to the creative spirit. It’s a space that honors the miracle of existence, that gives back to our Earth, and that brings intentional beauty into the spaces we gather.It’s my joy and honor to build this for Jacksonville- and I hope it grows into something deeply meaningful, for all who step inside.With love,
